Albarella Island responds to the Corona virus emergency by protecting its guests and those who choose to spend their holidays on the Green Island of the Adriatic coast. In fact, a series of extraordinary actions have been launched that allow future tourists the luxury of deciding about their next holiday with no worries, with the new cancellation policy absolutely free. It is during those difficult moments like the one we are experiencing at the present time that it is fundamental not to lose heart and to continue to look to the future with optimism, ready to start again.
Aware of the present situation of uncertainty, Albarella Island wants to help tourists to continue to dream in complete tranquillity, remaining close to the needs of both loyal and new guests even in this difficult and unpredictable moment. Therefore we are offering a full refund of the deposit paid at the time of the booking process for the cancelled holiday, for bookings made up to 31 May for all departures from 1 May until 30 September, August included, for stays in the Capo Nord Hotel, Golf Hotel and rentals in apartments and villas managed by Albarella Srl.
The new cancellation policy foresees the application of a zero penalty charge for those who cancelthe holiday up to 3 days before the arrival date, for holidays up to 15 June with a 25% deposit fee during the booking stage which will be refunded in the case of cancellation and up to 7 days before the arrival date with stays from 16 June up to 30 September with a 25% deposit fee when making booking, which will be refunded in the case of cancellation, from the 6th day onwards to the arrival date, in the case of cancellation the deposit will be refunded in the form of a voucher for the same amount , valid for one year.
