Albarella beach
On the Island there are two beach establishments equipped with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, bars and every kind of comfort: one at the Centro Sportivo and one at the Capo Nord hotel where there is also an area dedicated to our four-legged friends with a dog walking area. All the rest is free beach.
ALBARELLA BEACH
The Albarella beach is just under five kilometres long and is divided between free areas and private, equipped areas. It is a golden, fine sandy beach, lapped by a clear sea and with a sloping seabed, ideal for children. On one side, the beach overlooks the Caleri lagoon and faces the sunset, on the other side it ends with the bluff that separates it from the area where the boats from the marina can pass.
FEATURES OF THE BEACH
Suitable for children
The Islands’ beach seabed slopes down very slowly, thus creating a wide shoreline with very shallow water, ideal for safe children’s bathing. The beach establishments are always manned by the rescue service, active from the opening to the closing of the beach season.
Sporting Activities
Along Albarella beach you can do various sporting activities as there are numerous beach volleyball and beach tennis courts, a sailing – SUP – windsurfing and kitesurfing school, as well as various fitness and recreational activities offered by the leisure and entertainment team.
Blue Flag
This year the Albarella beach has, once again been awarded the Blue Flag, an important recognition from the Legambiente. Immersed in the natural contest of the Po Delta Regional Park, it will charm you as it is surrounded by greenery and maritime pine forests.
Range
Albarella Island offers over 350,000 square meters of beach and has a very large shoreline with plenty of space both in the beach establishments and in the free areas. This allows you to enjoy a relaxing time on the beach in complete safety, without the typical crowding found in other bathing areas.
Centro Sportivo Beach
With fine sand that slopes gently towards the sea, the Centro Sportivo Beach welcomes guests to full relaxation, comfort, excellent services and fun, even for the little ones thanks to a playground. You can play Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis and Beach Soccer and take advantage of the beach umbrellas, sun loungers, deckchairs, family and Olympic swimming pools. The catering service ranges from the fast and practical kiosk to the Centro Sportivo restaurant. The reservation of the beach services is reserved exclusively for those entitled to access the Island (property owners or those guests staying on the Island).

Beach Services
Sun loungers and sun umbrellas
The beach has hundreds of sun umbrellas, sun loungers and deckchairs, as well as large gazebos overlooking the sea and also in the area in front of the swimming pools. You can also book your place online.
Catering Service
On the beach is the "Chiringuito" kiosk, located in front of the sea that offers snacks, ice creams and cocktails for aperitifs, a restaurant the only one on the Island located on the beach, which offers self-service for lunch and an à la carte service with excellent fish and meat dishes together with pizzas in the evening, as well as a cocktail area for the evening. Numerous evening events are also organized during the season.
Pool Park
At the Centro Sportivo you can swim in an Olympic-sized pool, dive from a diving board, plunge into a four-meter deep pool or just enjoy relaxing in one of the three shallow pools, open to children, complete with a slide and hydro massage. The pool park has a bar for snacks and quick meals.
Leisure activities and fitness
The heart of the island's entertainment, the beach and the mini-club offer recreational, educational and sporting activities every day for all age groups. Fitness courses are also active which include group lessons or workouts in the gym or at the Triform station.
Rescue Service
The beach and the swimming pool park are manned during opening hours by the rescue service, active for the duration of the beach season.
Service for Disabled Persons
On request you can benefit from the use of the special JOB beach wheelchairs for the disabled and request assistance during the beach opening hours.

Capo Nord Beach
The spacious Capo Nord beach, located on the northern side of the Island overlooking the Caleri lagoon, offers all comforts and services: sun loungers, sun umbrellas, an area reserved for dogs, an ” Aphrodite Beach Bar ” kiosk for drinks and snacks and changing room facilities. You can play beach volleyball, beach tennis, beach soccer. The reservation of the beach facilities is reserved exclusively for those entitled to access the Island (property owners or guests staying on the island).

Beach Services
Sun Loungers and Sun Umbrellas
The beach has dozens of sun umbrellas with sun loungers and deckchairs. You can also book your place online.
Relax Pool
For use by the Capo Nord hotel guests is the wonderful Relax pool, with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and hydromassage stations.
Doggy Beach
The beach has an area reserved for guests accompanied by their four-legged friends, with an area for dog agility and washing facilities, bowls and fresh water and a bed for your four-legged friend.
Catering Service
Overlooking the beach stands the Aphrodite beach bar, a wooden kiosk where you can enjoy excellent fresh, summer dishes, rich breakfasts and fabulous cocktails for a sunset aperitif. Numerous evening events and DJ sets are also organized during the season.
Rescue Service
During its opening hours the beach is manned by the rescue service, active for the entire duration of the beach season.
Service for disabled persons
Available on request, you can take advantage of the JOB beach wheelchairs for the disabled and ask for assistance during the beach opening hours.
