MOVING AROUND THE ISLAND
Albarella Island has over 80 km of asphalt roads and a 10 km cycle/pedestrian ring track that surrounds it, passing from the seafront to the lagoon area of the fjords. In this way, on the same island, you can enjoy fantastic views at both sunrise and sunset. Inside the island, the use of bicycles and electric golf cars is promoted instead of cars, access to which is limited to entering and arriving at your accommodation.

Albarella Island is located in the Po Delta Regional Park, between Chioggia (distance 30 km) and Comacchio (distance 45 km), in the municipality of Rosolina in the province of Rovigo, Veneto.

The animals, wild avifauna such as the spectacular pink flamingos, but also fallow deer, hares, pheasants and squirrels, have found a home here, establishing a harmonious relationship with man. On the island you can get lost on foot, by bike or on horseback in three woods: il bosco dello sguardo, il bosco dell’anima and il bosco della conoscenza, within which, spaces have also been created for children and to allow sporting and bird watching activities in special towers.
