Those who visit Albarella Island with their family perceive from the very first day an atmosphere of safety, which is essential for a relaxing, carefree, enjoyable holiday.
Strolling around the island in fact, is safe all year round, at any time of day or night, thanks to a controlled and limited access, an active 24-hour security that controls all areas of the island and the 30km an hour speed limit for cars ,aided by the use of laser signalling. In addition, the use of slow and ecological vehicles such as bicycles and golf cars is encouraged, these are also available to rent on the island at the Island Service Center. There is a doctor’s surgery with an emergency ambulance service.
On the island there are two beach establishments with very shallow shorelines that slope gently to deeper waters making them even safer with the rescue service on both these beaches as well as in the two children’s swimming pools at the Centro Sportivo, in the Capo Nord hotel Relax pool and in the Sporting Fiordi pool, where children’s swimming lessons are also held .
