Albarella Golf Links, a green overlooking the sea
The 18-hole course designed by John Harris recreates the atmosphere of a Scottish links overlooking the sea. Immersed in the nature of the Po Delta with fallow deer and pheasants roaming freely on the green, the driving range for beginners is also open during the winter months.
THE COURSE
Affiliated with the Playgolf 54 group, together with the Montecchia, Galzignano and Bressanelle golf clubs; it is a sandy, well-drained course therefore open 365 days a year. There is one of the largest driving ranges with grass tees in Italy and three different greens for short game practice as well as an indoor section, ideal for group lessons. It has received “the committed to green “award from the Italian Golf Federation for its commitment to environmental sustainability. Albarella Golf was founded in conjunction with the construction of the golf course on the sea, in 1972.The elegant structure provides all the services that meet golfers’ needs: a clubhouse, restaurant, hotel, golf school, golf handicap tests.
