Villa on two floors with equipped garden and shaded terrace with outdoor table and chairs, private swimming pool, sometimes with balcony, completely fenced, composed of: open plan kitchen living room with oven, fridge with box freezer and dishwasher, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms some with bunk beds, two bathrooms, air conditioning, Sat-TV, washing machine, safe, hairdryer, outdoor fireplace, parking nearby.
Small and medium sized pets allowed.
Location: Green area, Valle Da Pesca area, Centro Sportivo area.

USEFUL INFORMATION

• Tourist tax not included.
• Saturday or Sunday arrivals, midweek arrivals and less than one week in low season, on request.
• Check-in is at the rental office which is at the entrance to Albarella Island, before the entry gate.
• Reduced green fee € 65.00 instead of € 90.00 from May to September, including Saturdays and Sundays (excluding holiday packages).
• By request, additional crockery, high chairs, safety gates for the stairs, bed rails, kettles, irons, ironing boards and microwaves are available, free of charge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• A maximum of two small/medium sized pets allowed with a daily supplement of € 20,00 for each pet. When booking, it is important to inform the management if you have a pet.
• Cots for children from 0-3 yrs. are available at a cost of € 35,00 per week.
