DESCRIPTION

Terraced unit on two floors, close to the beach, completely fenced with equipped patio, soundproofed rooms, external BBQ, air-conditioning/heating system, SAT LCD TV, free external Wi-Fi, parking nearby . On the ground floor there is: An open plan kitchen living room with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a double bedroom, 2 sleeping places can be added on request, washing machine, WC/shower. On the first floor there is: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, WC/shower. Small and medium sized pets allowed.
Location: Capo Nord area close to the beach establishment.

USEFUL INFORMATION

• Tourist tax not included.
• Saturday or Sunday arrivals, midweek arrivals and less than one week in low season, on request.
• Check-in is at the rental office which is at the entrance to Albarella Island, before the entry gate.
• Reduced green fee € 65.00 instead of € 90.00 from May to September, including Saturdays and Sundays (excluding holiday packages).
• By request, additional crockery, high chairs, safety gates for the stairs, bed rails, kettles, irons, ironing boards and microwaves are available, free of charge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• A maximum of two small/medium sized pets allowed with a daily supplement of € 10,00 for each pet. When booking, it is important to inform the management if you have a pet.
• For guests who own a dog the Doggy Beach at Capo Nord offers a special bed for dogs in the reserved area, as well as a water bowl.
• Cots for children from 0-3 yrs. are available at a cost of € 35,00 per week.
