In fact this summer, the Island reached a record for <strong>bicycle<\/strong> hire of <strong>19,120<\/strong> rentals by guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An important result, that underlines the importance given to sustainable mobility, respect for the environment, but also, of how the two \u201cyellow\u201d wheels ( this is the colour of the Island\u2019s typical bicycles, <strong>editor\u2019s note<\/strong> ) are the ideal means of transport for discovering the magical landscapes of the Po Delta lagoon, the beaches and the gravel, dirt paths of Albarella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c Sustainability, landscapes and nature are increasingly at the centre of our attention \u2013 <strong>explains<\/strong> <strong>Mauro Rosatti, the General Manager of Albarella Srl<\/strong> -. With this in mind, supporting and encouraging mobility on the Island with the most common means of transport is one of our main objectives. This applies not only to our guests, but also to our collaborators, believing that the bike is the best way to discover the natural wonders and the landscapes that the Island offers.
