DESCRIPTION

A group of terraced units on three floors with a garden, located in a complex with a communal swimming pool (assistance to bathers in June, July and August), tennis court for exclusive use and subject to condominium rules with fixed hours and days, relaxing area and children’s play area. Free, external WI-FI, external showers and 2 communal BBQ’s. There is Sat-TV and air conditioning. On the ground floor an open plan kitchen living room with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom (sometimes a twin bedroom) and WC/shower. On the second floor there is a triple bedroom, with a double and a single bed and en-suite WC/ shower There is also a communal, euro coin operated washing machine available for guests’ use. Small pets allowed.
Location: in the fjord area.

• Tourist tax not included.
• Saturday or Sunday arrivals, midweek arrivals and less than one week in low season, on request.
• Check-in is at the rental office which is at the entrance to Albarella Island, before the entry gate.
• Reduced green fee € 65.00 instead of € 90.00 from May to September, including Saturdays and Sundays (excluding holiday packages).
• By request, additional crockery, high chairs, safety gates for the stairs, bed rails, kettles, irons, ironing boards and microwaves are available, free of charge.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

• UP TO 02/06/2024 AND FROM 24/08/2024 A SPECIAL OFFER FOR STAYS OF AT LEAST 4 NIGHTS CONSISTING OF: One bicycle per guest (including front or rear child seat). Beach services starting from the third row, allocated at the management’s discretion (during the opening period of the beach establishment). The service will be available from the day after arrival date until and including the day of departure.
• A maximum of one small pet allowed at a cost of € 10,00 per day.
• Cots for children from 0-3 yrs. are available at a cost of € 35,00 per week.
