This report provides the information related to the purposes and methods of handling your personal data by ALBARELLA S.r.l., and Mentefredda Srl society that manages the Web Portal, and describes in detail the methods of the handling of personal details of the users of our services.

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF DATA
The handling of data connected to the Web services offered by this Portal (physically resident on the server connected to the network of ALBARELLA S.r.l. Headquarters), is carried out, at the headquarters of the owning company and are looked after only by employees or collaborators employed solely for this purpose.

ALBARELLA S.r.l. will not use ‘cookies’ that allow the registered user to access the site rapidly, avoiding the entry of data. By cookie we mean information data sent by ALBARELLA S.r.l. to the users computer to allow a rapid identification. The user can always ask for the deactivation of the cookie modifying the browser settings, but this deactivation can slow down or prevent access to certain areas on the website.

Right of access to personal details and other rights

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the correction or the eventual integration of data; b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of data in violation of the law, including those of which there is not the necessity of the conservation in relation to the purpose for which the data is collected and later handled; c) Proof that the operations of which stated above in a) and b) have been notified as well as their contents, of those of which their data has been communicated or divulged, unless in the case that this requirement reveals impossible or involves the use of means out of proportion in respect of the protected rights.
4.
